Specifically, we assist our customers with:
- Creating an initial design concept and prototyping it through molding and assembly
- Designing custom tests based on a customer’s application needs and specific parameters – open pressure, steady state pressure, or reseal pressure (Click here to learn more about the Stages of Check Valve Operation)
- Providing a Dock to Stock program so customers are assured parts are tested and working; this program also ensures customers do not need to perform a first article themselves or duplicated testing once they receive a lot in-house
- Molding fittings and/or manifolds to help retain a current line of check valve within a customer-specific envelope
- Performing a complete re-design of customer applications that involve low flow, low pressure actions
- Completing accelerated life tests of specific materials, such as o-rings and plastics, as well as stiction tests for various materials; we perform material specific tests to let customers know what to expect with their particular combination of components (i.e. plastic body material, o-ring, and spring)
